Tiffani has been a native of Texas by way of Oklahoma for over 30 years now. She left her

corporate career with UPS after serving 10 years in the sales department and ranking in the top

20% of the company for 9 of those years. Family is everything to Tiffani. She met her husband,

Cole, on Match.com in August of 2012 and got married in March 2015. They have two amazing

children Charli (5) and Conor (4).

Tiffani decided to transition into a more entrepreneur role when her late Father lost his battle

to ALS. Spending more time with her family and taking care of her children was ultimately the

most important. Her mother had been in real estate for over 20 years, and she learned a lot

about the industry, by way of learning from her mom.

In 2019 she pursued her dream of getting her real estate license and has been moving full

speed ahead. She joined The Agency in December 2022. Her attention to detail and making sure

her clients receive the “full client experience” is of utmost importance to her. She enjoys all

aspects of this business and really has an appreciation for building generational wealth as it
